I moved here at the same as the new managers, who were just getting started on seriously attempting to restore an older property that had obviously been totally mismanaged and in decline for a number of years- about three years ago. There was alot of catching up to do, but I saw major improvements immediately. The pre-existing roach problem has been for the most part solved, the upgrades have been continuous, the pool has been reopened and restored to a very pleasant state, any issues resulting from the age of the buildings have always been addressed immedialtely, and the attitude of the staff is genuinely congenial, respectful, concerned and attentive. It's a good deal. I hadn't intended to stay more than a year but it's worked out so well, I haven't felt the need to move.
