Park Central

220 25th Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37203

08/23/14 by anonymous: This building is a health hazard. They have been painting every single week day and using paint / paint thinner constantly. As a result, people have had breathing issues and of course, have complained. Having a balcony is pointless as the building smells of sewage (they admit even) both issues they claim they can't do anything about. What is the point of management if they don't do more

09/02/14 by Verified Resident: The community is very well-kept, the landscaping always looks great and the area is generally clean. The amenities are a big plus (pools, business center with free printing, easy parking). In addition, the fact that there is a lot of grass makes it very dog friendly. more

Village South

801 Inverness Avenue, Nashville, TN 37204

08/04/14 by anonymous: I moved into my apartment at Village South in March 2012 and moved out in June 2014 when I got married and moved into a home with my husband. I have lived in a number of apartments, but my experience at Village South was beyond exceptional. Not only do the apartments offer upgrades- hardwood floors, granite countertops, built-in shelving- I even could see a small view of the downtown skyscrapers more

The Trails

100 Trails Circle, Nashville, TN 37214

08/17/14 by anonymous: When I moved into this apartment, I was nineteen years old, and my mother and I were both a little nervous about me being a female living alone. The Trails provided a sense of security and a family-like atmosphere that let me not only have a good year but a fun one too. I knew everyone on staff, and they all knew me by name, which was a comfort on the few occasions that I had to have maintenance more

West End Terrace

261 White Bridge Road, Nashville, TN 37209

09/02/14 by anonymous: I do not recommend renting from this complex, I lived there for a few years. The positives are that the people working there are nice and it's cheap. Negatives, the walls are thin and you hear everything. You have to put in a 60 day notice which is difficult to do when you have a job offer, etc. Without going into details, your typical shady rental owners. I've talked to other former more
