All of the staff are... All of the staff are awesome. Apartments need some serious attention. Wood on outside is rotten. Inside, apartments have not been maintained well when people move. I would recommend this community to my friends due to the staff, but would be sure they knew the condition

DO NOT LIVE HERE !!! this is not an exaggerated statement. It may be cheap but you receive what you pay for. Juan and Laurie the office management is horrible !! The maintenance is terrible. There is mold growing in the wall and in the floor! They will not take proper measures to get rid of it

My husband and I came to Nashville looking for a nice place to live. Close to his work, and the usual stores. Lenox Village Town Center is 20 minutes away from the airport, the cinemas, and downtown, so you're in a quiet place, but still really close to the downtown buzz.
