08/04/14 by anonymous: I moved into my apartment at Village South in March 2012 and moved out in June 2014 when I got married and moved into a home with my husband. I have lived in a number of apartments, but my experience at Village South was beyond exceptional. Not only do the apartments offer upgrades- hardwood floors, granite countertops, built-in shelving- I even could see a small view of the downtown skyscrapers more

The Trails provided a sense of security and a family-like atmosphere that let me not only have a good year but a fun one too. I knew everyone on staff, and they all knew me by name, which was a comfort on the few occasions that I had to have maintenance more

08/18/14 by Verified Resident: Very calm and peaceful community. The best part about this community is its proximity to Vanderbilt University. I can be on campus in less than five minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Finding grocery stores, bars, and restaurants is a bit out of the way but very manageable. more
