Very Happy Girl! - I've been living here at the Lexington since January of 2008. During this time, my roommate and I have only had a couple of maintenance requests, but they were immediately resolved. We had an issue with one of the maintenance men, but the manager personally took care of it and was sincerely apologetic. Roach Infested If you have children or do not like bugs do not move here. The roaches are huge maybe about 2 inches long and its a whole lot of them. I have no idea how anyone who was saine live in this community. I have lived there 7 days and Im already moving!!! Waste of money. Do not not move

No problems! I am so pleased with Jamestown. I feel completely safe and have even referred others to live here. Ive been here 3 years and never had any problems. I miss not having any other amenities like a pool but for the price I cant complain. This neighborhood is great!!
