Security here is very lacking, several occupants have had break-ins and vandalism to their property. The apartments lack severval updates, and have severe bug issues. Expect a high electric bill from these all electric/poorly insulated apartments. The grounds are covered with lots of dog poop as this is not policed by the staff.

When you are ready to move on, make sure that you abide by the contract and give proper notice via certified mail, otherwise the staff will charge you with one month's fee for not giving the proper notice(they will say that it was not given).

I really like living at Rolling Hills. I must, I've lived here for apx 7 years. I know, or have known lots of people who have lived here 20 years. The homes are very spacious and very clean, nice big closets plus your own xtra storage downstairs. Susan and her office staff are great. Anytime that you might need maintenance, they get them to you right away and the maintenance crew does a great job. I've never know saftey to ever be an issue. There are people out walking their dogs 24/7 so obviously we feel quite safe but I am also very fortunate to have a great bunch of neighbors therefore the noise level is pretty low in my section on Virginia. The pool might could stand a little updateing but otherwise the grounds are BEAUTIFUL! Each apartment has their own dogwood tree making it a must see for lots of Oak Ridgers and visitors in the spring. Good views of Windrock and the Cunberland mountains makes it really nice in the fall also. I know it probably sounds like I work for the company but I really don't...I just like it here and consider this home.

I have no clue how you could call this beautiful knowing that a registered sex offender stays on the property!!! Have you ever see dogs pooping infront of your house ?? Come to mine, you can take some!
