I had to relocate to Oak Ridge with a job and found the Manhattan on line and called to find out more about their apartments. The staff is great! They are very friendly and I love my apartment! You can not find a better location for the price in Oak Ridge! I love it here!

Obviously a shill. This website lets you respond to reviews as the verified manager. Instead of attempts at petty deception why not focus on improving the property and provide guidance to the more disruptive residents?
