The area around the manhattan apartment is a drug area, subjected to high crime rate and bad atmosphere. The one-bedroom apartment is built from 1915 and never remodeled-----you can image how old and nasty it is. What's worse, the leasing office is terrible----they do not care your safety and the condition of the apartment; the only thing they are concern is the money they get from you. I just want to say, this is a terrible experience of my life. I hope I can move out as soon as possible.
