Even with new management, this apartment complex is not improving. As previous reviewers have stated, my building was also infested with various species of insect; no amount of spraying or insecticide seems to help. Strange odors travel thru the building and into your apartment via the antiquated raditor's that although are none working, still remain in each apartment. The apartments are not properly insulated for sound as street noise and noise from the hallway or your neighbors will wake you in the middle of the night. Even with modest use, heating and air conditiong use is not efficient and my utility bills dramatically increased each month. The breezeway and stairwell area between floors is a popular spot for people to loiter and smoke. Many of them have chairs, recliners, weight benches, and even bbq grills on them. Parking is horrible, my car was scratched several times and there are always people hanging out in the parking lot, which made me feel uncomfortable at night if I had to go out. The laundry areas are old, rundown and filthy. They are building a new laundry area but it will only hold 15 laundry units for at least 200 apartments. The staff is rarely attentive and more times then not was condescending and patronizing when I needed help. The trash dumpsters are out in plain site and are emptied twice a week (if that) meaning they will be over flowing for most of the week. (not a pretty site from your living room window). I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
