I live at the Manhattan and think you cant beat the price for everything you get. They just finished building the club house and there is a really nice fitness room with flat screen tv's, also a new laundry room. The staff is really nice and have started doing resident get togethers. They really put a lot of energy into getting and keeping the tenants around. Every issue I have had was resolved really quickly, and they were only issues because the place is like 100 years old. They have worked really hard to clean up the area with the courtesy officers and lots of maintenance updates. The maintenance guys are so nice and they will do everything to make you feel comfortable in your apartment. I highly recommend living here. Its not a brand new fancy place but its comfortable and clean and the people are all really nice. You cant beat the price. P.S. who ever they have doing the landscaping is doing a amazing job. The place looks ten times better then it ever has.
