Forget this place man. This place is not safe man. The cops are out here at least 4 or 5 times a week dealing with some kind of drama.
The cheap rent isn't worth it.
I've seen the owner go into occupied apartments with strange people showing how the apartments are laid out.

Good review!! I am student at UTC and Garden Apartments is very convinent to me because is less and 10 minutes away from UTC. Also, I really don't like to drive in a freeway when is raning and because Garden Apartments's is so close in don't woory about it.

Don't make this decision, PLEASE ! MY RENTERS INSURANCE STOPPED COVERING ME BECAUSE OF THE BUILDING CODE AND THE FALLING IN ROOF. IF ANYONE OUT THERE WANTS TO VIEW AN APT FOR RENT PLEASE ASK TO SEE 9B,7B, 10B, OR 1A WHERE IT FLOODS ALL THE TIME. THE B BUILDINGS ARE TOP FLOOR
