Best of...Nothing! The management is rude. They will keep your deposit and they have mold problems.

The only plus side is the buildings are in a central location. But the management is very rude. They are prejudice. If anyone in you household gets arrested they will make sure the whole family will have to move. If you plan on getting your deposit back, DON'T. They will keep it all and give a lame excuse for why they kept it. And in some instances will even send YOU a bill to go along with the money they will keep from your deposit. The building has MAJOR MOLD PROBLEMS. The management will try to blame you for it and even charge you for mold cleanup. But after talking to neighbors around me, found that they all had mold in their units! I called the environmental health department but was told Tennessee has no regulation on mold. So therefore there is no amount of mold that the Health Department would deem "too much". STAY FAR AWAY FROM CROSS CREEK! They also manage RIVERWALK APARTMENTS I would suggest staying clear of both properties! (Hide)
