Don't let a few bad apple spoil the whole barrel. I almost made a mistake and trusted the unkind postings on this site. Our experience is so completely different. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist way beyond their duties as employees. I was pleasantly surprised with the smiles and friendly greeting from the moment I walked in the door. They were very clear about the charges I could expect to pay if I didn't leave the apartment in good clean condition. I was even given a list of the maximium fees that I would be charged for cleaning the stove, carpet, etc. I can't imagine how much more fair they could be to their renters. This property is just lovely inside and out. The design offers much more storage than any other apartment I've lived in previously. Just goes to show you can't believe everything you read
