Smoky Crossing is the worst place I've ever lived. While the grounds are beautiful, the management is far below average. Attempts to get the management to fix problems in the apartment were met with condescending remarks and a general failure to fulfil management's end of the lease agreement. Several other residents informed me of experiences simlar to mine in which management ignored requests to make repairs, or made the requested repair but damaged personal property in the process. In short, the amenities are nice but the efforts of management to maintain the satisfaction of tenants is far below average.
