The best apartment community in the area! I love living here and recommend to anyone in the Seymour, Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge area. Great location, great staff, and incredible amenities. You can't ask for more!

This must have been written by a member of their management. I've known far too many people to live in that over-promoted dump that have had nothing but problems out of it. From failure to maintain the property to neglegt and damage of tenant's personal property, this company has found new and inventive ways to fleece the renter.
