The management will not hold to their end of the agreement. Will not fix or replace things in timely manner. For example: fire extingusher was to be replaced a month and a half ago for being out of date, has not happen yet. The swimming pool leaks causeing water to be ice cold for having to run water into it all the time, playground fencing stays broken or have missing boards (kids get out very easily). Walking trails stay misquita infested and overgrown, snakes are coming amoung the sitting. Storm came through in March 2006, it took 5 months to clean the up-rooted trees and debreeze up. Request to have front porch to be painted was turned in, in May 2006 here it is Dec. 2006 and that has not got done yet. Everyone has a potential hardship sometime in their life, whether it be a medical emergency or getting laid-off from work or what ever the case may be. Well do not exspect the management here to understand. They do not accept a parcial payment. It is full payment or get taking to court and evicted. I would not recommand this horried place to any person. Take your money and go into Knoxville (a 15 to 20 minute drive) and get the same and more amendities for a lot less than you will pay in this misserable place.
