Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2007
 
Since change of management Smoky Crossing has really rent down. They do not fix things. I have waited over a year for things that still have not been fixed but boy when it is time for rent increases they sure want that in a timely manner. The looks of the property has gone down 100%. It used be to worked on daily now it is hardly ever and when they do it is worse looking than before. I am jsy very disaapointed in this new company that has took over. Time for a change.
