Smoky Crossing is a nice apartment and maintenance will attend any issue immediately and try to do small fixes and major repairs are not going to happen very soon. They use heat pump and it doesn't work below freezing. Had to call maintenance every time temp is below freezing and the problem was never resolved.
Water/Sewage bill is huge. I get over $100(Conservative usage) a month. Sewage is twice of water. Say if you use $30 water sewage will be $60 tax bill is around $100.

I agree the water bill is enormous. No matter how much water we actually use... it will not matter, as the complex's total water used is tallied and then divided by tenants using water. So if some idiot lets their kids play in the water hose at the car wash area, which happens a lot, all tenanst end up sharing that expense. This is what we were told by the water company when we complained about our HUGE water bills.

The manager told us that it wasn't the case, that the bill was not split among the residents. So they actually cannot help how large the water bill. My bill in Chattanooga was $15, it was a HUGE shock when my bill shot up when moving to Sevierville.
