Great complex and apartments - I have lived at Smoky Crossing for 4 years and love it! I lived in a 1 bedroom and then a 2 bedroom with sunporch. Since change of management Smoky Crossing has really rent down. They do not fix things. I have waited over a year for things that still have not been fixed but boy when it is time for rent increases they sure want that in a timely manner. The looks of the property has gone down 100%. It
