I have lived here going on a year now. This is by far the best place I have ever lived. The manger is the best ever. She is very helpful,caring and understanding. If we have ever had a problem, she has always handled it in a very professional manner. By far the best manager I have ever had. Since day one she has always made us feel welcome and AT HOME I have seen other places around here and none of them come close to being as wonderful as Davis Estates. The maintance guys are also wonderful. They always take care of a problem in a friendly yet professional manner. As far as coming in an apartment whenever they want, I find that to be very untrue. They have always notified us as to when they would be coming and if we told them we would not be home at that time they would always arrange to come back whenever we were going to be home. I often brag to my friends about living here and they one day hope to be able to call Davis Estates home. The playground area is always clean and I never fail to see children playing and having a wonderful time. The apartments are very spacious and cozy and I always look forward to coming home and relaxing after a hard day at work. Thank you Davis estates for all that you do!! Keep up the great work!
