Talk About Overcharging!!

I have lived at these apartments for 4 months out of a 6 month lease. First of all, the inside was not at all clean, even though it was supposed to have been painted and cleaned prior to move in. Then, even though the appliances were from the stone age, they work just enough to not be replaceable. Maintenance is responsive, but unless something is completely replaced,do not seem to solve the problem. OK, now to the overcharge part. For a 6 month lease, you are charged $30.00 more a monththan a year lease, but are still required to give a 2 month notice to move, whereas the others on a year lease only have to give 30 days. Can anyone tell me why' Neither could the staff. The answer was that they needed 60 days to be able to rent the apartment, paint and clean it. How are they able to accomplish this in 30 days with a year's lease apartment' Anyway, I'm leaving with nothing good to say, and a really bad taste in my mouth.
