I read the other reviews and I do agree to a point. The ladies in the office are, shall we say "unfriendly". The appliances are very old. The staff does come in and out without taking off their shoes, with very LIGHT carpet can create a mess.
On the other hand, I haven't had any trouble with loud children and the like. I feel very safe here. They allow large dogs (I have a big dog) which is very hard to find in an apartment community these days. As far as the price, the apartments are a very good size especially compared to others in the area.
Overall I have been fairly happy here so far. I guess I will find out about the deposit return at the end of my lease if I decide to move elsewhere
