Lived there for a year. It was the worst service of any aparment complex I have ever lived in. The maintenance was awful. We needed an item replaced and were told it would be the next day. Four months later, nothing. They do go into the apartment's way too much. It's ridiculous.

The only thing good about the place is the size of the three bedroom townhouses. That's about it. They use $5.00 mini blinds for the windows, but charge $$35 if something happens to them.

Any of their charges are outrageous. The place is such a rip off. I find it hard to believe they can keep anyone in there.

I don't think thats true at all. i belive you do pay for what you get. you can't get a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath for the price it's great i love it. or you could go up the street and pay over a thousand for a 2 bed room small apartment you think about it.

Yeah, what's up with the crappy blinds that don't even work properly...i'm gonna have to buy some better ones myself. Maintenance reports are very slow sometime, and quick the rest. Things are pretty outdated, but rooms are good size. Lady at front desk is very nice, but the other one is crabby. All the places around here are expensive, but due to the "oldness" of everything, i think they should lower the prices a bit. If my credit was good enough, i would buy a house instead of paying $700 here...i mean you can get a house payment for about the same or a bit more for crying out loud.
