Since they changed managers the place has gone totally downhill

I've been here over 3 years...the original managers were cool, courteous and friendly. This new breed of cranky "ladies" is just beyone the pale. You can't get any kind of service, unless you contact the maintenance dude personally (he is GREAT to deal with). The a/c does NOT work properly...freezes up constantly and drips to de-freeze...in the summer I CANNOT GET MY 2nd LEVEL APT TO GET BELOW 80, sometimes 85, and that is after they had replaced the outside unit. The units I live in are ancient...I'm talking 60s cabinets and possibly 70s applicances. My oven has never been correctly calibrated..and should have been replaced..it's a major danger, I'm afraid. They ARE spacious. ANOTHER HASSEL and BEWARE...the apt managers have family that they call that owns the TOWING AND BOOTING SERVICE...and they will boot your friends if they park anywhere but the outter boonies (guest parking) ... within SECONDS. The POOL is awful...they open it late and close it early in the season...even when it's in the 100s out still. NOT GOOD. KIDS are out of control at times. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Have you voiced your concerns to the management company....I would guess not since I have not heard from you!

My have had similar problems and they have have been voiced to you, with the same results as the reveiwer had and with the same attitude. Your response speaks for its' self.
