My mother, her boyfriend and my brother have lived here for a year now and have dealt with a few issues. The parking is one. The lots are poorly constructed and the exit onto Sam Ridley is unsafe to use at almost any time of the day. The airfilters are never changed and always coated in a fine black dust. My mom's boyfriend had had all kinds of lung problems since moving in. The upstairs is always hot while the downstairs stays cold. Both the front and backdoors appear to have been kicked in at some date in the past. They raised the rent this month and it is now $800 for a two bedroom 1 and a half bath townhome. You can't use the dishwasher because it uses too much electricity. If you ask me, that is too much to pay for an apartment buliding that has got to be at least 20 years old. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Quit whining and move. Life is too short to spend any of it moaning about how your uncle smokes tooo many cigs and cant park 5 feet in front of his unit so he does not run out of breath. If they raised your rent that means your lease was up....why didnt you move?

All apartments properties are like this...i've lived at many now. They don't give a damn about the small stuff. This place is OK. The issues i'm having are a loud barking dog that just may get some encouragement to shut the hell up, a broken dishwasher waiting to be fixed, a loud fridge and disposal, and a roof leak. The noise is about nill unless the broud downstairs gets in the mood to play crappy hip hop or techno. The neighbors are friendly for the most part. I dunno, i think the price is way too high too, but so is everywhere i looked. Yess everything is outdated too...and yes they don't change the filters, which is why you have to do it yourself.

The two bedroom townhouse rent for $725.00. The square footage is the largest in the area. Per the Smyrna Police Dpt. the crime rate is the least of any complex in the area.
