I live in the 3 bedroom townhouses. I find that the cost of this apartment is as close to justified as any of the others. It is a nice apartment and have no complaints what-so-ever.
Maintenance is very prompt and efficient. We have had a few items need fixing in our townhouse and never had to wait more than overnight to have non-emergent items fixed. We have been here for close to 6 months and have been very pleased with the staff and apartments. No one has EVER entered our apartment unannounced. When maintenance needs to get into your apartment to change filters and so on, they leave a note on the door a week ahead of time.
Pet rent is a bit ridiculous... it is $16 per pet per month. I get pestered about it but all other things considered it's a good and clean place to live. They have room to improve in that area.

Yeah...a pet deposit, and then the $16 a month for a pet. I have however had the spackle guys come in after knocking 1 time and unlocking the door about 7 seconds later...what if i was having sex or my girlfriend was naked...bullcrap. There is no excuse. I've had maintenance do the same thing. They should call ahead or knock atleast 2 or 3 times. Regarding the repair capabiities...i have complained about a faulty outlet for over a year now. They attempt to fix it, but it still doesn't work..probably a fire hazzard. My roof leaks finally stopped after the mexican roofers figured it out the 4th time around. This place is over priced, the appliances are ancient, the duckwork is full of dirt, and the dogs bark like crazy near my apartment. But all in all...i'm stuck in a lease, and it has been worse. This is still probably one of the better apartments i have been in. I don't think there is such a thing as a "good apartment" for under $800 a month. It just amazes me that they can't get the simple things right. No one gives a damn about anything anymore...it's all about the buck. I think if they put in the extra effort, then they would be rewarded, but I don't see that ever happening.
