Not worth the $

I lived in one of the 3 bedroom town-homes. It was very spacious, so I can't complain about that. However.
I have never seen so many bugs in my life, and I am from a country area. I literally grew up next to a horse field, and we didn't have this many bugs. I am a very clean person, so I know it was not my fault. They supposedly spray regularly for bugs...not true. When they do spray, if you watch the guys doing it, they are definitely not trying very hard.
After living there for six months without one call to the office, my toilet broke. When we called to have it fixed the woman in the office said, "Didn't I just put in an order for you last week'" in a rude tone. No, she didn't and even if she did, that's her job. Part of what we pay for is for them to keep our places up.
Kids run wild everywhere here. Not the apartments fault, but something to keep in mind. We had patio furniture stolen from us, only to find it on a neighbor's patio.
They don't monitor parking very well. There are always cars without stickers on them parked in resident parking. I have only seen two cars booted there.
And, as mentioned previously, maintenance does come in without any warning. One time I found a half drank Dr. Pepper in my bedroom after they had fixed some outlets. Not acceptable.
In the end, I would maybe recommend living here....if rent was about $200 less per month.
