When I first become to rent my apt. from Fairway Meadows I was under the impression that it was a upper scale community. You see my family and I moved here from another county and didn't know much about the area. However, after being a renter here now for the last 5 months I have learned otherwise. Fairway Meadows has a long way to go in my opinion. I am going to be relocating to another residence soon and will never look back, I wanted to post this statement to let other good, innocent people like my self from being sold into a lie. Their managment are very unreliable and incompatent. On the surface they will try to convince you that this place would be great. They will give you a long complicated process upon entry, show you a souped up model of one of their apartments, and then choose the one that they decide to put you in. Agreeing to that say you move in, I will be the first to tell you that you might has well moved into the public housing in Nash. because you're on you'r own here. However, they will feel free to write you up on your lease over pety things such as a very small hole in a mini blind that can only be seen if you had nothing to do but stare at it. Overall I am not happy with the managment nor the matinence, being as he can't even unclog a toilet. By the way i was able. I am going to hopfully get some of the other unhappy residents to side with me and maybe give this place a real reality check.I also want to thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion, so that maybe before someone gets stuck here with a years lease they will read this and decide better.

I RECENTLY MYSELF MOVED INTO FAIRWAY MEADOWS AND WAS TOLD WHAT A WONDERFUL COMMUNITY IT WAS TO LIVE IN AN HOW THE CHILDREN ARE SO SUPERVISED. NONE OF THIS WAS TRUE. I MYSLEF FEEL IF I WOULD HAVE MOVED INTO PUBLIC HOUSING I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN WHAT I RENTED. THIS WAS NO WAY WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE NORE IS IT WORTH THE RENT YOU PAY TO LIVE HERE. I WILL BE MOVING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE EVEN IF IT INCLUDES BREAKING A LEASE

I was going to move into that hellhole last year when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was so happy that they gave me my deposit back before I was a victim. I went to look at the apartment they were going to put me in. It was disgusting: stains on the carpet, holes in the wall, a nasty smell in the place, the bathroom looked filthy, counters needed replaced badly. It was NOT what they said it would be. As for the dude and chic that work in the office, they are more trashy and incompetent than I would have ever expected. THESE APTS ARE HIDEOUS!!!!!! They are also a little expensive for how trashy they are. I am glad you are getting out...break that lease!!!!

Thank you all so much! I came across this site by mistake. I saw Fairway Meadows in the paper and wanted to see the sq. ft. My husband thought it would be neat to live that close to the bowling alley. We have 4 small children, and I thank everyone that has posted here from the bottom of my heart for saving us from looking into it any further! Thank you!

I think you all are nuts! I myself love children as I am a single mom. Honey, if they gave you your deposit back it was probably because they were turning you down for some reason in your past history! I think that probably made you mad and you decided to vent here. mom2chaos, you missed out. I know several people that are waiting for a unit to become available.

If you didn't notice, all of the good responses are from the "management" here. One of the -------s in the office has to read the bad reviews and comment against them. The place is a --------. If you don't believe me, sign the lease.
