We have a nickname here: "Fairway Ghettos"

That in itself sums things up here. I just got off the phone with the office and they have lost my rent check for the 2nd time since living here. I guess you can't trust those little mail slots on the front of the office. Maybe it is the bubble gum stuck to the bottom of the airheaded office workers' shoes that picks up the checks in the floor as they walk in there in the mornings' Whatever the reason, they cannot do simple accounting.

Oh yea, as a deterrent to late rent, they charge a whopping 120 dollars MORE on top if it is turned in on the 2nd day of the month. Little extreme if you ask me, but whatever. I think she said they charge even more after the 5th. Don't be late to the almighty retards in the front office. They are eager and willing to remind you of your status as a slum dwelling resident.

I cannot leave this review without mentioning their little letters they leave here from time to time. I just got one the other day (apparently it went out to everyone) that read:

"We are changing some of our rules due to the negligence of many tenants. From here on out the curfew on our property is DARK."

Those are the first two sentences and the rest is just are ridiculous. It makes me laugh each time I read this little newsletters/warning letters they send out. For someone to think they are herding cattle and directing other adults as to their curfew is humorous.

These apartments are the cheapest ones in the area. You get what you pay for. You cannot tell from any pictures online, but the units only have one door---no back door or back patio area. Therefore, people just sit around in chairs at all of their front doors drinking beer and hanging out like a scene "Boyz in Tha Hood." Great movie, don't want to relive it, however.

My rent check was never lost, not once. Are you sure you paid it man? You obviously have been hit with late fees therefore you must have not paid it on time. They have a coupon that you are given if you pay your rent on or before the first. This gives tenants an incentive to pay their rent ON TIME. It is also a pretty good amount, and a great idea! I have saved a lot of money doing this but those who do not pay on time, too bad for you! As far as the rules go, they are trying to keep idiots from being what they are...idiots. Rules are necessary when you have 200 families living in a confined area. It sounds to me like you do not like rules.

I love the rent coupon. It is a discount coupon and I always pay my bills on time, so I get the discount! This is a great place to live. I am very happy.
