I have lived at this complex for a while now,and have been late on my rent a time or two I have not had any problem with the office staff,when I knew I would be late on my rent I went to them and let them know before it was late, and they worked with me,and as far as maint.if I have a problem I let them know,and it gets fixed.I do agree with who ever said that most here are venting because they didnt pay there rent and probably got evicted or somthing. paying rent or a morgage is no differnt than any other bill if you dont pay it you will have problems.
