I just moved out of this property because my family outgrew it. My overall experience was very nice. I did not have bug issues like a few previously stated. The office staff was very nice and helpful to me. Maintenance staff was nice and did their jobs. There are minor downfalls, but they are just the norm for living in an apartment. I think the curfew was dark, so of course kids did run until until then. I have kids myself, but they stayed in front of my unit and did not roam. It is hard for the office to really control that and I understand. You can't police the complex every moment of the day. The pool and playground were nice. I liked the property and would refer a friend or family member.
