Whether the news is good or bad read up on this place lots. Tonya and Steve are ripp off artists. They lie and cheat and are not good people at all. My expirience as a long time renter was that what is said of the woman is true true true and dont let the guy fool you. He is sneaky and deceptfull. You have to be carfull wherever you rent but i have lived here and i dont recomend it unless you want to live there forever. When u try to move unless you time your lease just right thats where they will get you. Most likeley you're not getting your deposit back ever! Wait till they bill comes for damages. Make sure you know an attorney and you take pic's as soon as you move in or out.
