I might as well live in a trailer park! When we first moved in 10 months ago, everything was great! Big apartment for fair price in a good neighborhood with a great location. However, now management must have lowered the restrictions on tenant applicants because Laurel Wood has become white trash heaven! People sit out on the steps smoking and just throw their ciggerette butts on the ground! It smells up the WHOLE apartment - nasty for nonsmokers! Our neighbors are white trash - 50 year old man runs around in JUST his boxers!!! Rude neighbors who sit outside and yell at each other and talk loudly on the phone early in the morning and late at night with no respect for neighbors! Repeated attempts to complain to management not only by myself but also by surrounding tenants and nothing is done! If I wanted to live around white trash, I'd rent from a trailer park! I visited this place as a prospective tenant. It seems that they are redoing the roofs in several of the buildings. They may be lowering their standards as they seem to have more vacancies than is desirable. Perhaps it was the last rent increase or the subprime lending market. For "beautifull people" you can always rent in Brentwood or Franklin and pay $700-$900 rent.
