I moved here from Franklin because the rent is outrageous. I'm going on my 3rd year here and have no plans to leave. The apartments are very clean, the neighbors are nice, close to everything, and the management has been nothing but professional. I have recommended the complex to others. My electric bill has been VERY low compared to nearby complexes. If you're someone who feels they're better than everyone else, or has too much time on your hands so you obsess about your neighbors and their habits you really don't belong here.
