All the apartments are well over-due for upgrades. My bathroom and kitchen floor needs to be replaced. They will not replace them till I pay $100 for a bed room door that they replaced and is now broken again! Hasn't even been 2 months since the door was replaced. The door is so cheap that my child was running down my hallway and barely touched the door and there is a hole in it! And I have to pay $100 for this door' When a neighbor moved out, they had the carpet replaced, but the guys that replaced the carpet did not clean up their mess in the breeze-way. I had to, because there were carpet nails all over the ground and I didn't want my kids or anyone else walking on them. I had called the office to let them know that there was nails on the ground in the breeze-way. They said they would have maintenance come clean it up that day, but it sat there for a week before I got out there and took care of it myself. These apartments are stray animal city, yet we are not allowed to have pets in our apartments! The office staff is beyond rude. Don't bother even using the dishwasher without first washing your dished in the sink first! The maintenance staff is very friendly, but lazy! The price isn't bad if you want crappy service. They have a fitness room, but half of the equipment doesn't even work. Nice playground, but come dusk you have to leave because the raccoons come out to get into the dumpster next to it. Not to mention that there are alot of mean kids there after school gets out that do not live in the complex, but in the neighborhood behind the complex. I had a 13 yr old push my 2 yr old down the stairs! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!
