Expensive for Smyrna

It is always nice moving into new apartments because there is clean carpet and appliances. There is still a lot under construction but when completed this will probably be the prettiest apartment property in all of Smyrna. Your neighbors are of a higher income so their isn't much riff-raff living next door. These are the good things.

There are a couple downsides... most are trivial. This is a gated community where the gates don't work 25% of the time. That was one of the reasons I moved into the apartments was to feel safe. Another thing is they make everyone pay them $40 a month for water; whether you have one person in the apartment or six. But I guess the biggest complaint is this is still Smyrna, Tennessee and when it costs you over $900 a month for a two bedroom apartment I think it is a little high.
