We moved into the apartments early in the build, only 3 buildings were open. It started out really well, but then we got to see how the place really is after that. Between the shotty workmanship on the actual apartments(gaps in the patio door frame where you can see sunlight coming through, bathrooms not caulked all the way, mold/mildew constantly appearing on windowsills) and the way things are run there it is insane. One worker will tell you one thing, then the next one will tell you you can't do that. Maintenance takes forever to get things done, and that is if they actually come out to do things. We still never got help for some things we put in for when we first moved in. The constant rules being told to you via flyers and "seeing" eyes. The playground was not built for smaller kids, so we couldn't use that part of the place. The people that they let in can be a bit questionable. The gate has only worked properly 20% of the time, it's either the arm is broken off or the gate won't open all the way or the gate will open and the arm won't go up. Frustrating especially when it is pouring down rain. If you have a pest problem, you have to deal with it yourself beyond their spraying once every 4 months or so. Which then all the bugs show up then. never knew so many beetles existed in this part of the area. The one dumpster is ALWAYS overflowing come Monday morning.
I can actually say in our building alone, only 2 other people have stayed there as long as we have, everyone else since has moved out other moved in and then they moved out.
For the price you pay for this place, it is not worth the $$$. I had less troubles at a lower tier complex

We have lived here 4 months, it is quite, clean, and safe. We enjoy living here. We looked at every apartment in the area and chose Stoneridge. We have not heard any parties. The staff is pleasant. The only two problems we have are 1. the people over us stomp and run (the problem is addressed and they are being moved to a first floor apt.) 2. Maintenance is a little slow, but we have not had a true emergency.(like a tolet stop up or anything f that nature.) In four months they have sprayed for pests 3 tiimes. I would chose Stoneridge again. The grounds are clean and well kept.
