I've lived at Stoneridge Farms for nearly a year and have had absolutely no problems. Office staff is always courteous and polite and very prompt with any issues. The grounds are well-maintained.
I've read other reviews where people complain about staff finding a reason to enter your apartment and I just don't get the hostility. Office staff notifies you in advance that someone will be entering and what they will be entering for...pest control, changing out filters and fire alarm testing are the usual reasons. These are things that have to be done so where's the problem'
Thin walls' Depends on who you live beside or below. The people above me are loud, but I never hear anything from the people beside me. It's a matter of the individual neighbor, not shoddy construction.
My lease will be up in April and I fully plan on renewing. As a female living alone, I feel completely safe living here and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
