We have had nothing but trouble since we moved into Stoneridge Farms. Our first week here, someone stole the wreath and mat from our front door. Not expensive items mind you, but you don't expect theft in a complex this expensive. Most recently, we came home from a trip and found bags of household garbage dumped out in the bed of my husband's truck. These were not bags of papers or empty plastic. They were bags of chicken bones, beer cans, and what appeared to be used toilet paper. To make matters worse, we awoke this morning to two toilets that refuse to flush. When we contacted management, we were told that someone would come some time today and as far as the trash is concerned, we should call the police next time. All of this was said with an extremely condescending tone by the management representative, who, I'm sorry to say, should never work with people. None of the promised amenties are available after office hours except the pool. My only real comment to anyone looking to lease here is to be extremely careful and get EVERYTHING in writing on your lease or you will be forced to live here with nothing you were promised, with a rent higher than a mortgage.

This Place is great. From experience People who cant pay their rent or have problems with money USUALLY have to find some way to "get back" at the complex for late fees and NSF fees.. Just my opinion
