I lived here 6 months when i moved in the apartment was half painted and was not clean also leak in the ceiling when it rain! dont waste your money or time! very unhappy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am the manager for village Crest. I can assure you that every apartment is thoroughly painted before each new resident moves in. We are very "in depth" about the way are apartments are kept and the way they look. We would never move someone in with a leaky ceiling and if a leak developed, we would most certainly repair the necessary problem as soon as we were notified. This person must have had this negative feedback because they were asked to move or didn't pay their rent and were evicted. We have a 85% renewal rate at Village Crest and we pride ourselves on having a clean, quiet, and affordable community atmosphere. Laura Johnson Property Manager 615-220-0707

i agree with this review of village crest. it is a horrible place to live. the manager laura is rude, stubborn, and hard headed. she will not listen to anything you have to say. it is her way or you get kicked out when you didn't even do anything. i would never reccommend this place to anybody. the units are not worth the money they ask for. If you are a young adult in your 20's do not even bother. everything that goes wrong in the complex is blamed on the young people. She only likes people that are old. if she could, she would evict everybody that is not in her preferred age range. please do not waste your time with this place you will regret it.
