Terrible Apartments!

Broke down cars, trailers parked in spots, (no offense but..)Mexican immigrants piled into apartments, thin walls, weak toilets (always back up), ghetto neighbors, poor managment, new maintenence man every 2 or 3 months, dirty playground and pool...etc etc..
I lived there for 2 years, paid my rent on time EVERY month and caused no problems.
Upon not renewing my lease and moving out, i started getting calls saying i "BROKE" the lease! they claim i informed them on the 6th instead of the 5th that i was not going to renew for the next following month (which was a total lie!).
It is actually on my CREDIT report right now! They said they would "settle" for 200 instead of the 675 for the rent! This is a perfect example of how they treat the actual good paying residents...
please unless you are "ghetto" or an illegal immigrant DO NOT MOVE THERE!

Angie tries to say that everyone has broken their lease, so that they can keep your deposit. We found out that if your place is spotless, and in the exact condition it was in when you first moved in, you still wont get your deposit back, so might as well leave the place trashed, and dont clean up! make them worj for that damn $500 dollars!
