We moved in here 5 mnths ago and are looking forward to when our lease is up. Our building has good parking and we rarely hear noises through the wall. But the management needs a few lessons in buisness management. They are rude and dont even follow their own rules. They let some residents do what ever they want and others they are extremely hateful towards. When we first moved in we had a complait about not being able to use a satelite dish. Angie refused to give me the real managers phone number and then posted hateful notes on all the residents doors in our building. The note suggested that we were complaining about our neighbors. We werent! The prices are great but you kindof get what you pay for. Wallpaper is painted over and the walls do not clean. The carpet sucks and even with a carpet cleaner the spots wont come up. The other day the S.W.A.T. team raided an apartment in the building next to us. When we talked to our neighbors about it we got several different stories about the family that lived there. I asked the lady at the office about it and she denied knowing anything about it then told me that we have nothing to worry about. She seemed very irritated that I asked her about it. And our AC unit SUCKS!!!

Oh yeah.......that Angie chick is quite possible the most horrible aaprtment manager EVER!!! She stalked me after I moved in with my boyfriend who already had an apartment there and made the mistake of dating her before me. When your lease is up...get out!

This is not a game. We are paying out over $600 a month our hard earn money. This website is here for residents to post their opinion of the apartment complex for future residnts. And thas exactly what I used it for. I am a grown woman not a child 'playing games'. So use the web to post your own opinion. And I'm sorry if you misunderstood the point of this website.
