hells gate the drug capital of springfield tn i have watched kids be threatend and there are bugs hookers and a lot of fighting loud music all hours of the night dont come here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't I am not prejudice but it is only black people here now. It became a section 8 apartment and it has gone down hill since. They don't fix things when you report them. The management stinks and so does the landlord

I Love these apartments, they are nice on the outside and the floor plans are great! Nice and Roomy. Great Place for kids they have a playground and a pool. It's safe and clean, and the price is very affordable !

Used to love it!! Ever since the old manager left I have been ready to move!!! I do NOT like the new manager (Tonya) or her attitude!!! She thinks she is GOD!! Alot of people are going to moving away from this place so I would not recommend these apartments any more!! The old manager did her job
