Ok place to live - These apartments are terrific because of their price. However, this place sucks if you have awful neighbors. I have lived here off and on for years and its not as bad as the others say it is. They now have new owners and they are going thru and remodeling the whole complex. They now have a landscaping co that has improved the looks. My neighbors are great. The management and maintenance crew are great

Dont move here Please dont move here. I have nothing good to say about this place - Its old, its smelly - the maintenance men suck, the office staff suck - they dont pay their bills, but if you are a day late on your rent, they threaten to kick you out. Its just not a good place

Brandywine Resident I wouldn't personally suggest living here. In the first few months it was all great, until summer hit. It was like 4 weeks at a time before they would mow the grass, they never send pest control when they are supposed too and they are supposed to change the air
