My apartment was filthy upon moving in. There was hideous wall paper up when wall paper was not even allowed. I was responsible for peeling off the disgusting paper and even though the managers "claimed" to have cleaned the carpets three times, I cleaned them three more times with the ending water color being black. There were times when I know my manager had been in my apartment without permission even though upon moving in they said they would only enter when spraying for bugs or for an emergency maintenance problem. When something like that occurred, they were supposed to leave a written notification. I was never notified. Both the manager and his wife were unprofessional and uneducated half wits. I would rather be homeless than have to deal with those two morons ever again. I wound up moving out, without my deposit being returned, despite the fact that I did half of their job for them!!
