This was one of the best places I have ever lived. It was quiet and pleasant. Most everyone kept to themselves. The management was responsive to my needs. They took care of all of my maintanance problems within one day. They have a nice pool that has a private setting in the center of the apartment complex. The grounds are well maintained. From time to time you can find the owners working around the apartment complex. It was an excellent place to live while I was a graduate student.
