I previously wrote about the unfortunate mistake the owners made by hiring Dalzell Realtors to manage these apartments.

When the owners took care of it, this place was unbelievable.

NOW, thankfully, Dalzell is out and the owners turned it over to Gerard Real Estate.

It's only been a couple of weeks and there is a clear difference in the way things look and the friendly service.

I called to let Gerard know that I pay my rent through online bill pay and actually felt like they care about me.

I don't know how Dalzell even stays in business!

All that said, I was compelled to retract my last review and can safely say this is the best apartment complex I know of around ACU in Abilene.
