Used to be good

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
These apt.'s used to be the best, however they have just anounced to the residents that they are goiong to start raising the rent $10 every 6 months at renual. It is hard enough to afford these apt.'s as it is b/c they are very nice and in a good part of town. But they are going to loose a lot of residents b/c of the rent situation.
