These are very spacious apartments! Large 1 bedroom apartments - and a good price! BUT - the walls are extremely thin. I could even hear my neighbor snoring at night (NO KIDDING!) I moved from one unit over to another thinking that it might be quieter - boy was I wrong. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and smell stuff through the walls. And the colors in the apartments aren't that great - still colors from the 60s and 70s. I had an AQUA bathroom, a HARVEST YELLOW kitchen, and an OLIVE GREEN wetbar area. And the management sucked.
