We have lived here for over two years. Never have even been late on rent...Well About a week ago today they told us they had a gas leak and we would be without water for 2 week. To accommodate us there said they rented 2 hotel rooms for 500 tenants. Kids have to go to school without bathing because some residents are low income and do not have vehicles but if the rent is late they charge you 50 dollars the first day and 25 each day after that....Should they pay us or at least discount our rent for them being so cheap and not fixing what is broken'

Well lets see you want to blame the owners for this gas leak when it's not there fault it's the gas company and the city that has strict codes on this.And at least they went out there way to at least get you a room to shower cause Indain Run went a month without hot water they did'nt give you crap.
