We have lived in several different floor plans at this apartment community. They were recently bought by a new company. The price of the apartments is not bad, the size of the apartments is great, and downstairs apartments have yards. The management is helpful, and friendly. The location is great, because it is in the middle of a residential neighborhood. They have recently remodeled and repainted. They redid the pool, and added a fitness center. There is covered parking, and the spaces are assigned. We have children and the apartment is close to the elementary, middle school, and high school. The neighborhood is great, people are friendly and there are a lot of children. We really enjoy living here.
