I work with on the complex with the new management company who is running them. They are pouring tons of money on fixing up the grounds on each complex, reparing each unit, putting in landscaping, making sure there is a 24 hour turnaround on work orders, etc...

Give it a few months and I'm sure anyone who is there, or anyone who comes will love the new Briarwood Apartments and the others managed by the new management.

ok maybe so but if the apts has been an all bills paid property, then why are the tenents having to pay electric bills? Or is that the money that the apts. are saving (by not having to pay tenents electric bills) and if so isnt that the money being putting back into the upkeep of the property. when it should have been kept up from the beginning.
