We moved here about a year ago and we LOVE it! Our apartment is SO spacious! Its really cheap considering the square foot. Its very quiet and well kept courtyard. There are a lot of older people here so everything stays well kept with gardens and flowers in the courtyard. Noise is definatly not a problem. BUT... we had a total idiot for a maintinace man. They have replaced him but because he was so lazy, the new guy is having to catch up on all his old stuff plus the new stuff. The laundry room is ALWAYS muddy. The pool is often locked for no aparet reason and we have had roaches and ants. They have sent someone 4 times this month to spray. The managemnt is also over Windsor Apartments and they are completly rude!
